In my classes, everything begins with the breath.
Not because it’s a technique…
but because it’s a way in.
The rhythm, the pace, the transitions—
all of it is guided by the breath.
Because when the breath becomes the focus, something shifts.
The mind begins to quiet.
The body begins to soften.
And space begins to open.
And in that space…
there is awareness.
That is the foundation of the practice.
Not how far you go.
Not how strong you are.
But whether you can stay connected to the breath as you move through it.
Because the breath is always there—
steady, present, available.
Guiding you back, again and again.
