This slower-paced flow supports all levels, with accessible transitions, optional variations, and a strong emphasis on stretching and balance—not just balancing on one foot, but bringing balance to the whole body.

Through longer, supported poses, you’ll release stiffness in connective tissues like ligaments, tendons, and fascia. Props provide support, and breathing techniques are integrated. Gentle adjustments are suggested for maximum benefit.
