A sunrise holds so many meanings: it signifies a brand-new day and a fresh start, symbolizes the source of all life on Earth, and shines its life-giving rays on everyone without discrimination.

Our class begins with a guided mindful meditation and flows into a mindful yoga session, honoring the incredible beauty that surrounds us and the aliveness of all things.

Join us to start your day with gratitude and awareness, basking in the serenity and inspiration of the dawn.

Things You Should Know:

1-There is no fee or sticker required to enter the beach that early in the morning.  

2-Park at the second parking lot, pass the campground, near the Cape Cod Canal.

3-Walk down the beach then climb unto the jetty where the rocks are flatter. 

4-Use sneakers or shoes with rubber soles. 

5-Allow fifteen minutes to reach the point of the jetty.

6-Bring Your Own Mat. Wear layers it can get chilly.
