Meditation in the Monet Garden with Grace

Join Grace for a peaceful morning meditation experience in the beautiful Monet Garden at Mirbeau.

This all-levels series invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect through guided meditation, gentle breath awareness, and moments of stillness. Rooted in yogic philosophy and inspired by Eastern traditions, each session offers simple yet meaningful practices to help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate inner balance.

Surrounded by nature and the serenity of the garden, this experience becomes an opportunity to pause from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with the peace that already exists within.

Classes are held outdoors in the Monet Garden, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, sessions will be moved indoors to the yoga studio.
