A Yoga-Based Workshop for Bone Strength & Stability

Join Grace for an empowering 2-hour workshop designed to help you understand and strengthen your bones from the inside out. Inspired by the groundbreaking work of Dr. Loren Fishman, this beginner-friendly yet deeply effective program uses yoga-based, bone-building techniques that can be practiced safely with the support of a chair.

– Through mindful movement and guided discussion, we’ll explore:

-The science behind how yoga stimulates bone growth and density

-How consistent practice can help reverse or slow the effects of osteoporosis and osteopenia

-The difference between yoga and medication-based approaches

-What happens in the body when you activate, strengthen, and stabilize through these poses

-A series of simple, foundational postures you can safely practice at home

This workshop is intentionally limited to 10 participants to allow for personalized guidance and hands-on support. You’ll leave with greater confidence, understanding, and a renewed sense of what’s possible through dedication and self-care.

Participants will also receive a simple take-home guide featuring morning and evening sequences to continue their bone-strengthening practice at home.
