Every year, I love finding a way to give back—and this gathering is the perfect way to do both: nurture yourself and support our community. It’s truly a win–win.

Join us for an afternoon of gentle bliss with Den, a gifted Reiki Master, and Jeanne, an accomplished crystal bowl practitioner. Together, we’ll begin with a simple, grounding full-body meditation, followed by a soothing sound healing experience, and close with a loving-kindness Metta meditation to open the heart.

Bring a cozy blanket—we have the rest. Let the healing vibrations of sound and Reiki restore your balance, ease your mind, and leave you feeling renewed.

✨ All proceeds ($35 per person) will be donated to the Plymouth Area Coalition for the Homeless, helping those in need during this season of giving.
