I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and agree to honor my own comfort level throughout the session.

I affirm that I have consulted with my physician or healthcare provider regarding my ability to participate, or I take full responsibility for choosing to proceed without such consultation. I agree to inform Grace Junek [DBA Be Inspired with Grace] of any relevant medical conditions, sensitivities, or limitations prior to the event.

This experience is intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes and is not suitable for individuals requiring special medical, psychological, or therapeutic accommodations. Participants are expected to be able to enter and exit the space and maintain a comfortable resting position independently.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release Grace Junek [DBA Be Inspired with Grace], Powerhouse Gym, and any event collaborators or assistants from any liability, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in this event and its healing modalities, including Reiki.
