About Grace
Teaching with heart, guiding with soul, creating with purpose.
In 2011, after a successful twenty-year career as an apparel designer in the activewear industry, Grace transformed her lifelong passions—yoga and dance—into her life’s work. Rooted in a deep love of movement, form, and breath, these disciplines became the foundation of her teaching and commitment to well-being.
A 500-hour E-CYT (Experienced Certified Yoga Teacher), Grace holds a 200-hour certification in Transformational Yoga from Sanctuary Studios (Plymouth, MA) and a 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training certification from Dragonfly Yoga Barn (North Sandwich, NH)—both Yoga Alliance-approved programs. She is also certified in Pilates Mat and has over a decade of experience teaching dance-based movement, which she continues to evolve through Latin DanceFit, blending rhythm, fitness, and somatic movement.
Currently deepening her expertise through Breathing Deeply’s Yoga Therapy program, Grace teaches 8-10 weekly group classes, hosts retreats, creates workshops and events, works one-on-one with students, and develops her on-demand yoga program through Grace On Demand.
Beyond teaching, Grace finds joy in spending time with her family, taking long walks by the ocean, and immersing herself in spiritual studies. Her favorite asana (yoga pose) is savasana—especially when practiced on a paddle board, floating in the middle of a lake on a hot summer day.
