Meet Dena Wiseman
Hi, Iβm Dena Wisemanβa compassionate Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher, budding herbalist, author, and food enthusiast. Iβm passionate about blending the modern science of nutrition with the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, guiding others to cultivate a healthy, joyful relationship with food, mind, and body.
For me, food is love. My passion for cooking began early, sitting cross-legged in front of the TV, mesmerized by Julia Child on PBS. That love led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State University and pursue Yoga and Ayurveda accreditation from the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.
With over 30 years of experience, Iβve had the privilege of empowering people to become the best versions of themselves, one mindful bite and breath at a time.
