Join us for this special Sunrise Yoga session on the jetty at Scusset Beach\, where we’ll move through a gentle\, grounding sequence to welcome the new day with gratitude\, presence\, and ease. \nExperience the sound of the waves\, the fresh sea air\, and the warm glow of sunrise — nature’s perfect\, ever-changing backdrop for your practice. Each sunrise brings something unexpected\, reminding us to stay open and go with the flow\, both on and off the mat. \nSchedule:🕠 5:30 AM — Arrival & check-in at parking lot (second lot past the beach parking lot)🚶‍♀️ 5:45 AM — Group walk to the jetty point🌅 6:00 AM — Settle in & witness the sunrise🧘 6:15 AM — Yoga practice begins \nDetails:🗓 Date: August 23\, 2025🗓 Rain Date: August 30\, 2025📍 Location: Scusset Beach Jetty \nPlease bring a yoga mat\, water\, and layers for warmth.
