DESCRIPTION:Join Grace Junek and Wildlands Trust for a full moon yoga and hike event at Davis-Douglas Conservation Area in Plymouth! Unwind from the day to take some time to be present with yourself and the nature around you. Begin with an hour of yoga in the setting sun. Inspired by the fullness of the moon\, our movements will unfold in a flowing circle of breath\, presence\, and community. \n\n\n\n\nThen\, take your headlamp out and put your hiking boots on as we enjoy a 2-mile forested hike. This is not a beginner hike\, as we will be hiking over steep\, rooted\, rocky\, and pine-needle-covered sections with limited vision by headlamp. DESCRIPTION:Sunrise Yoga on the Scusset Jetty\nA Be Inspired with Grace Summer Tradition \nEvery sunrise offers a new beginning. \nJoin me for one of my favorite summer traditions as we gather on the Scusset Jetty to welcome the day with gentle yoga\, mindful movement\, and the quiet beauty of the rising sun. Together\, we’ll begin with a guided meditation\, allowing ourselves to settle into the stillness of the morning before moving through a gentle yoga practice as the sun rises over the water. \nNo two sunrises are ever the same. Some mornings the sky is painted with brilliant colors. Others arrive softly through mist and clouds. Each one offers its own unique beauty—and an invitation to pause\, breathe deeply\, and remember the gift of another day. \nEvent Schedule\n🕔 5:15 AM — Please arrive at the parking lot. \n🚶‍♀️ 5:15–5:30 AM — Group walk to the jetty. \n🧘 5:30 AM — Guided meditation & gentle yoga practice. \n🌅 Practice continues as we welcome the sunrise together. \n✨ Class concludes approximately 6:45 AM. \nEvent Details\n🗓 Dates: Saturday\, August 22 & Saturday\, August 29\, 2026 \n📍 Location: Scusset Beach Jetty \nPlease bring a yoga mat\, water\, and an extra layer for warmth. The jetty is an uneven\, rocky surface\, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended for the walk to our practice location. \nA beautiful sunrise never gets old—and neither does the opportunity to begin again. \nPlease note: All registrations are final and non-refundable.
