This special two-session series weaves together restorative yoga\, optional Thai-style adjustments\, and the healing tones of crystal singing bowls to invite deep calm and renewal. \nSupported by bolsters\, blankets\, and mindful touch\, you’ll be guided into restful poses that release tension and reconnect you to your inner stillness.
