Sundays at 8am: Functional Flow Yoga)-This is a flow-styled class designed to develop strength and support your body’s natural mobility (range of motion). Each weekly class works on a unique combination of muscle groups and/or theme. You will focus on building strength, creating flexibility, and practicing balance while incorporating breath. Options are always given for varying levels of skill.
Mondays at 5:30pm: Restorative Yin- What is the main focus of restorative yoga? Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as you are holding poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It also helps to stretch the body in a very gentle manner. Restorative Yoga is good for the mind, body and soul.
NEW CLASS! Wednesdays at 8am: Slow Flow–In this slow flowing vinyasa-styled class you will move through a rhythmic combination of poses which are linked by various breathing techniques. You will pause in each asana and focus on alignment and proper form. This class integrates mind, body and breath.
NEW CLASS! Fridays at 8:00am: Core Fit– We created this class to strengthen the powerhouse of your body-your CORE! Core Fit is a fusion of traditional Pilates mat exercises, yoga and calisthenics. You will be guided to execute each exercise with control while using your breath to build stamina, effectively maximizing the benefits for each sequence. And just when you think you can’t do any more, the class ends with a brief savasana…aahhhh. Options are offered for varying fitness levels.

Tuesdays at 9:00am: Gentle Yoga is a slow-moving, deep breathing, meditative flow. It’s designed to stretch and bring movement in a therapeutic, supportive manner.
Tuesdays at 10:00am: Latin Dance-Fit is a cardio-based dance class. It combines a mix of Latin music genres from popular Latino artists. It is an energetic, fast-moving class designed to shake it up! Burn calories while having fun!
Thursdays at 8am: YIN Yoga is designed to create flexibility at a deeper level of our musculoskeletal anatomy. By holding poses longer and with stillness you are able to release stiffness in the connective tissue such as ligaments, tendons, and throughout the interconnection of your fascia system. This class is great for all levels. Props will be used so if you own your own mat, blocks, blanket and bolster please bring them otherwise the studio is equipped. Gentle adjustments are suggested to insure maximum benefit.

Mondays at 9:30am: Latin Dance-Fit is a cardio-based dance class which combines a mix of Latin music genres from popular Latino artists as well as Reggae, Hip Hop, and Pop music. Urban Fusion is a fast-paced, energetic class with an emphasis on dance and aerobic moves to keep the heart pumping. It is designed to be fun-loving, in a non-judgmental environment, so leave your inhibitions at the door! Come experience the joy of dance, work at your level and have fun. And remember…”there are no mistakes, only unexpected solos!” All levels welcome!
Mondays at 10:45 am: Y Mobility is designed to develop mobility in order to keep your range of motion (ROM) fluid. You will be performing a variety of gentle stretches focused on specific areas of your musculoskeletal body. The class will emphasize proper alignment and breathing techniques to help create continued flexibility and movement throughout your entire body.
