By keeping an open mind, trying new things and slowing down and noticing all that is around me. Making the time to do more of what I love and enjoy.

I think by better managing judgements. Instead of assessing, just noticing, appreciating and enjoying experiences.

I’ve had no heat in the house for a couple days and will likely need a new costly heating unit. I am choosing to focus on the positives. A good plumber, friends who have offered their warm beds to crash in and mild(ish) weather. It’s an adventure!

  10. Connie

Being grateful brings more energy as it changes my perspective and it is infectious, it transfers to others around us.
