This class will be held outdoors in the Monet Garden at Mirbeau in Plymouth. If there is inclement weather, the class will be moved indoors to the Yoga Studio located in the spa area.
We will create an intimate, mindful class which will help us connect with body, mind and soul. The moon’s powerful energy is a perfect time to connect with yourself.
This event is run through Mirbeau Inn & Spa. It is FREE for Mirbeau members and $35.00 for non-members.
